Alberto Ferreira is a senior UX researcher and consultant at the online travel agency eDreams Odigeo. He worked in localization technology and project management for the European Commission, OneVision and Avira, before turning his attention to usability research, customer experience, and service design for companies like the BBC and Sony. He has a M.A. in Cultural Studies and is currently finishing a PhD in Computer Science at Bristol University. He writes and speaks on inter-disciplinarian topics large and small, and most recently has published Universal UX: Building Multicultural Experience in 2016 (Morgan Kaufmann).
